Even the best systems need support for integration of application with printer driver or FW, and when this customer flagged an issue post-deployment for printer integration, we did not delay. We sent Engineer on-site support for integration the very next day, which is a 4 hours’ journey from where we are. That’s the kind of speed and commitment we hold ourselves to, and that our customers deserve.
